Becoming a VoIP provider?

Anybody know how to start from scratch to become a VoIP provider?

simple, buy Phone Gateway, such as Avaya IP Office 400 then get a first-T1, to enable 23 channels via Phone Lines / your Eqipment buy a set of, say, 100 phone numbers are on the line receives a PRI T1 Internet so it can serve you say to Internet telephony, VoIP customers in place, make sure they have internet connection that's all
