How do you get cell phone energy after the battery is dead?

I read somewhere that if your phone device is exhausted, there is a "code" that can make your cell phone for back up and have power again ….. without loading. You know what this "code" is? Thank you.

If you really think this is impossible. Above all be able to dial a code if the phone is dead! Bring a car charger or something.
