Rocketfish Bluetooth wireless mouse and keyboard problems?

Recently I bought the Rocketfish Bluetooth wireless mouse and keyboard and not all components are functioning correctly. The keyboard is working, but not the extra accessories on the top icon (the mail icon Sound, Direct Internet icon, and stop playing.) The mouse is also working, except the scroller at the top will not work unless you click and hold on the floor and use your mouse up and down the page. It also says that Bluetooth is not connected, however, the mouse and keyboard in hand work. Ideas?

Are you using XP or Vista? Under XP, I had to go to manufacturer website and download the product drivers to make it happen. Moreover, you may want to make sure you have the latest updates from Microsoft. Not sure, but I could have been an optional update that also applied to this. I have not used the product on Vista though. I hope it works for you.
