I have a laptop and my home phone when someone answers my internet until disconencts hang up the phone is 2.4 GHz, why this happens and how can I fix it?

You need a device called a line insulator, which prevent their being disconnected from the Internet when someone picks up the phone. I think you can buy from your local Radio Shack.
