As far as we at PGPVoIP are aware, this is the first application that claims to circumvent ISPs blocking VoIP services.

It will be interesting to see how long it lasts, and how quickly ISPs will take measures against it.

" Bound-IP is a service that allows a business the freedom to choose their preferred voip service provider. Bound-IP removes an ISP's ability to limit your internet connectivity making sure that your VIOP or Instant Message provider will be available from any host network in the word.

At home or at the office utilizing the full capacity of your IM or VOIP provider may require an intimate understanding of your local network configuration. Bound-IP removes this technical hurdle by providing to you a top level of service from anywhere in the world."
